Small Asteroid Impacted Earth Recently - See An Orbit Animation

Asteroid 2024 UQ impacted Earth above the Pacific Ocean. The space rock was about 3 feet (1 meter) wide. It was detected by the ATLAS survey on the day it struck Earth.
