The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) states that three weather systems will bring rains across the Philippines on Monday, Dec. 16.
In its 4am bulletin, DOST-PAGASA Weather specialist Aldcazar D. Aurelio states that the shear line will affect the eastern section of Southern Luzon, while the northeast monsoon (amihan) will bring rains the rest of Luzon. Meanwhile, rains will also affect Mindanao due to the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ).
