President Lai Ching-te Congratulates Palaun President Whipps' Reelection

President Lai Ching-te has congratulated Palaun President Surangel Whipps Jr. on winning his second term. Palau is one of Taiwan's 12 remaining diplomatic allies. The two countries hope to strengthen diplomatic ties and cooperation.
