Excitement is building in Birmingham as Steven Knight, creator of the hit series Peaky Blinders, confirms that filming for the movie will start in Digbeth in just 10 days. The area, known for its beautiful Victorian architecture and canal systems, is set to become a hub for the film industry, with plans for a creative village that includes a hotel for actors and crew, affordable housing for those in the industry, and a new Birmingham Film Academy.
