Lonely dog Bear stuck in kennels for nearly five years after being rescued from kill shelter

A lonely dog named Bear who has spent most of his life in kennels is in desperate need of a loving home.
Gill Jenness who works for dog charity Pennypaws is now pleading with the public to help home him.
