In a dystopian California, a deadly Grand Lottery is established, where killing the winner before sundown allows the killer to claim their prize. Newcomer Katie (Awkwafina) accidentally wins and must survive until sunset with the help of amateur protector Noel (John Cena). Meanwhile, rival protector Louis Lewis (Simu Liu) competes to secure Katie’s safety and his own commission.
