While there is healthy trade between Trinidad and Tobago and the continent of Africa, Trade and Industry Minister Paula Gopee-Scoon says it can be improved if barriers are addressed.
Gopee-Scoon was speaking today's 22nd Annual Trans-Atlantic Trade and Investment Symposium.
