Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
Prepare Kunafa:
-Kataifi dough 300g
-Nurpur Butter salted 100g
-Nurpur Butter salted 1 tsp
Prepare Sugar Syrup:
-Water 1 Cup
-Sugar ½ Cup
-Lemon juice ½ tsp
-Whipping cream ¾ Cup
-Mango chunks 1 Cup or as required
Assembling:
-Pista (Pistachios) sliced
-Mango chunks as required
Directions:
Prepare Kunafa:
-Place kataifi dough on a plain surface,open its thread & cut into small portions with the help of scissor.
-In a bowl,add butter & microwave for 1 minute.
-Pour melted butter & mix until well combined.
-Grease 8-inches kunafa dish with butter.
-Add & spread half quantity of kataifi dough & press gently to set.
-Place a grill on stove,place kunafa plate & cook on very low flame until golden & crispy on the edges & bottom (6-7 minutes) & keep rotating the plate for even color.
-With the help of a plate flip the kunafa & cook other side until golden & crispy.
-Make second separate layer of kunafa with same method.
Prepare Sugar Syrup:
-In a saucepan,add water,sugar,mix well & bring it to boil & cook until sugar is dissolved.
-Add lemon juice,mix well & set aside.
-In a bowl,add whipping cream & beat until stiff peaks form.
-Add mango chunks,fold gently & set aside.
Assembling:
-On an assembling plate,place kunafa layer & pour warm syrup on it.
-Add & spread mango whipped cream & spread evenly then place another kunafa layer & pour warm sugar syrup.
-Garnish with pistachios,mango chunks & serve!
