Senate, House open last regular session of 19th Congress
Senate President Francis Escudero and Speaker Martin Romualdez open the third and last regular session of the Senate and House of Representatives on July 22, 2024 ahead of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.'s State of the Nation Address (SONA) before the joint session of Congress at the Batasang Pambansa Complex in Quezon City later in the day. Sen. Imee Marcos led the prayer at the Senate.
