(National Democratic Alliance) and the opposition India Bloc for the post of Lok Sabha Speaker, Om Birla, three-time MP from Kota, Rajasthan, and Kodikunnil Suresh, 8-time MP from Mavelikara, Kerala, have filed their nominations for the post of Lok Sabha Speaker as NDA and India Bloc candidates respectively.
