Voting in France: Too many parties? Too few posters?

With less than a week to go until the European elections, FRANCE 24's Delano D'Souza and Solange Mougin take a look at some of the intricacies of French election laws. We find out why French town halls are unhappy that there are 38 political parties. We also discuss why many of the election boards will remain empty.
