Mexicans throw party for one of world's most dangerous volcanoes
Every year, people in Santiago Xalitzintla throw a party for ‘Don Goyo,’ their nickname for the Popocatepetl volcano. They sing, dance, and give gifts to honor it. Popocatepetl is in central Mexico and is known as one of the world's most dangerous volcanoes because 25 million people live within a 100-kilometer (60-mile) radius.
