The Tasmanian Liberal party has moved to cap criticism of its proposed AFL stadium on day one of the Tasmanian state election campaign. Relaying they will not spend a cent more than $375 million on the project. Labor and the Greens also announced major policies, while a high-profile candidate bowed out after less than a day in the race.
