Man arrested after five people killed in Victoria's deadliest car crash in 11 years

A 29-year-old man from Melbourne's east has been arrested after five people were killed on April 20 in the deadliest crash in Victoria in 11 years when a truck smashed into a car in Strathmerton near the NSW border.
