Minister of Works Rohan Sinanan is denying there's been a decision not to supply bitumen to Tobago.
This is in light of reports that the Port Authority had decided to restrict the supply.
The Minister says he's confused by the claims.
And, he now wants a meeting with the THA Infrastructure Secretary.
