External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar and his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov on Tuesday held talks in Moscow covering a range of bilateral, regional and global issues of mutual interests. We discussed natural convergence of interests between India and Russia. We are actually helping to stabilise the global economy. In these of times of instability, it's a very good thing that we are doing.
