EC's statement vague: Omar Abdullah on inclusion of non-locals in J&K's voter list

Days after J K's Chief Electoral Officer Hirdesh Kumar said the Union territory is likely to get around 25 lakh additional voters, including outsiders, National Conference leader Omar Abdullah said the statement was vague.
