Tanya Plibersek promises overhaul of nation's environment laws following worrying report findings

The government will overhaul the nation's environment laws in response to damning findings out of Professor Graeme Samuel's Final Report of the Independent Review of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999.
