As the country prepares for adverse weather conditions from an active Tropical cyclone, one Regional Corporation says, it's is half-way ready for any adverse weather conditions that may come later this week. According to the Chairman of the Penal Debe Regional Corporation Allen Sammy, a lack of funding continues to plague the corporation.
