It is said that the decision of the judiciary and its orders are paramount. Questioning it is considered a violation of the limits of democracy and social values of the citizen. But such a trend is increasing in the country that judges and their decisions are being targeted. Efforts are also being made to obstruct the execution of the court order. Expressing concern over all these, Justice DY Chandrachud of the Supreme Court has expressed concern.
कहते हैं, न्यायपालिका का फैसला और उसके आदेश सर्वोपरि होते हैं। उस पर सवाल उठाना लोकतंत्र की मर्यादाओं और नागरिक के सामाजिक मूल्यों का उल्लंघन समझा जाता है। लेकिन देश में ऐसा चलन बढ़ता जा रहा है कि जजों और उनके फैसलों को लेकर उन्हें निशाना बनाया जा रहा है। अदालत के आदेश की तामील में बाधा पहुंचाने की कोशिशें भी की जा रही हैं। इन्हीं सब पर चिंता ज़ाहिर करते हुए सुप्रीम कोर्ट के जस्टिस डीवाई चंद्रचूड़ ने चिंता ज़ाहिर की है।
