But the Chief Justice of the country NV Ramana has expressed concern and displeasure over the lack of this to some extent. The Chief Justice said that this trend has increased nowadays, that the governments try to tarnish their image by questioning the judges.
देश की न्याय व्यवस्था और माननीय न्यायालयों को आदेश सर्वोपरि हैं, इसे लेकर किसी तरह की टीका-टिप्पणी या जजों के व्यवहार या उनकी मंशा पर सवाल खड़े करना सरासर गलत माना जाता है। बतौर नागरिक हम सबकी ये नैतिक जिम्मेदारी बनती है, कि माननीय न्यायालयों और जजों की गरिमा बनी रही। लेकिन देश के मुख्य न्यायाधीश एनवी रमना ने कुछ हद तक ऐसा ना होने पर चिंता और नाराज़गी ज़ाहिर की है। चीफ जस्टिस ने कहा, कि आज कल ये प्रचलन बढ़ गया है, कि सरकारें जजों पर सवाल खड़े कर उनकी छवि को धूमिल करने की कोशिश करती हैं।
