The Philippine military, together with US military forces, hold live fire exercises in Colonel Ernesto Rabina Air Base in Capas, Tarlac on Thursday, March 31, as part of this year's Balikatan Exercise. The exercise aims to enhance the interoperability between the military forces of the two long-time allies.
