I didn't agree that Uhuru initiated BBI constitutional amendment - Mwangi

BBI lawyer Paul Mwangi said the power to amend the constitution and the process of making the bill has been upheld. Only the role of President Uhuru Kenyatta in initiating a popular initiative was faulted.
