Mombasa Deputy Governor heckled as he tried to block Mvita MP's address

Mombasa Deputy Governor William Kingi was heckled on Tuesday as he tried to deny Mvita MP Abdulswamad Nassir a chance to address a crowd during the Women's International Day celebrations in the county.
