This man created a DIY solar panel from old digital versatile discs. He opened a glass photo frame and covered the cardboard with DVDs and foil. On its backside, he fixed some wires and a pipe with a piece of wood. After sealing the cardboard, he closed the photo frame and took it outside to test it. The man lighted a bulb and ran a motor with his DIY solar panel in a field.
