President of the Howard University, Trinidad-born Dr. Wayne Frederick says educating and communicating with people about COVID-19 and vaccination is the best way to ensure awareness and vaccination.
Dr. Frederick, who was a guest on the TV6 Morning Edition also explained how virtual learning has been dealt with at the institution.
