And while Prime Minister Dr. Keith Rowley joined other world leaders seeking to solutions to mitigate the impacts of climate .....he has come in for criticism for his attendance at the event from Opposition Leader Kamla Persad-Bissessar, who is questioning the Prime Minister's purpose at COP26. She believes it is a leisure trip more than anything else.
