Police use water cannon to disperse AAP workers protesting outside Raj Bhavan in Chandigarh

Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) workers staged a protest over Lakhimpur Kheri violence outside Raj Bhavan in Chandigarh. The police used water cannon to disperse the demonstrators.
