Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Narottam Mishra on September 16 called Congress leader Rahul Gandhi ‘Ichchadhari’ Hindu. He said, “Rahul Gandhi is ‘Ichchadhari’ Hindu, he puts a cap and ‘Tika’ according to his convenience. He goes on religious tours and after that, he talks like this”.
