Uhuru should return Sh13.5bn used on BBI, money not sanctioned by Parliament - Serem

Aldai MP Cornelius Serem wants President Uhuru Kenyatta to ensure that Sh13.5 billion used in the promotion of BBI is returned to the national treasury as the usage was not sanctioned by parliament.
