Twitter on Saturday restored the account of Congress leaer Rahul Gandhi, a week after locking it over a complaint by the NCPCR. The Twitter handles of other Congress leaders were also unlocked. The social media giant stated that Gandhi's account was locked after the Congress leader violated its rules by posting pictures of the family of a minor victim of alleged rape and murder in Delhi.
