Former Finance Minister, Mathias Cormann, has officially taken over as the Secretary-General of the Organisation for Economic Co-Operation and Development (OECD). In his maiden speech, Mr Cormann has outlined his plans for strengthening the global economy as it recovers from the pandemic.
