After banning West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee from campaigning for 24 hours and serving a notice to Bengal BJP chief Dilip Ghosh, the election commission has now issued a strict warning to BJP candidate Suvendu Adhikari over a speech he made on March 29.
