PM Modi targets TMC over CISF firing in Cooch Behar

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has hit out at the West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee and the ruling TMC over the deaths of four people in CISF firing in Cooch Behar. PM Modi has blamed Mamata Banerjee for instigating people.
