The politics of Rohingya Muslims has been going on for a long time all over the country, but no concrete decision has been taken yet. While giving the verdict, it said that the procedure should be followed under the law. At the same time, the court rejected the demand to release Rohingya kept in detention center from custody.
रोहिंग्या मुसलमानों को लेकर देशभर में लंबे वक्त से सियासत जारी है, लेकिन अभी तक उस पर कोई ठोस फैसला नहीं हो पाया।अब जम्मू के कैंप में डिटेंशन सेंटर में रखे गए करीब 150 से अधिक रोहिंग्या मुसलमानों को म्यांमार भेजने पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने गुरुवार को फैसला देते हुए कहा कि इसमें कानून के तहत प्रक्रिया का पालन किया जाए. साथ ही कोर्ट ने डिटेंशन सेंटर में रखे गए रोहिंग्या को हिरासत से रिहा करने की मांग को खारिज कर दिया.
