Queensland Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk has allowed Greater Brisbane to come out of the snap three-day lockdown and Professor Catherine Bennett was content with the easing of restrictions and called it a "measured effect". She says time is on our side and is pleased with the higher number of testing.
