The capital of Timor Leste has gone into coronavirus lockdown for the first time amid fears that COVID-19 has spread across the border with Indonesia. Dr Josh Francis is with Menzies School of Health and is the chief investigator on the the Indo-Pacific Centre for Health Security in Timor Leste.
