Cocaine case: BJP’s Rakesh to not appear before Police

BJP leader Rakesh Singh, who was accused by the party’s youth wing leader Pamela Goswami of having involvement in the ongoing cocaine case, will not appear before the Kolkata Police on Tuesday.
