Prison authorities arranged a brief meeting of these women with jail inmates on the occasion. ‘Bhai Dooj’ is a Hindu festival that celebrates the beautiful relationship of brother and sister. On this day, sisters usually perform ‘tilak’ of their brothers and pray for their well-being.
