Guy Collects Garbage While Sliding on DIY Pickup Skate

This guy built a DIY pickup skate with a trolley and a scooter to do a good deed. He slid on it and collected garbage alongside a sidewalk. The guy picked up trash like empty bottles with tongs and put it inside the trolley.
