Senior IOC member calls Australian swimmer a 'doped athlete'

Senior IOC member and Founder of the World Anti-doping Agency, Dick Pound, has described Australian swimmer, Shayna Jack, as a "doped athlete." Mr Pound told The Ticket's Tracey Holmes that Jack isn't innocent.
