Delano Police Chief Robert Nevarez joined 23ABC this morning to talk about the podcast series 'Breaking the Cycle of Gang Violence' between 23ABC and DPD. This year there have been a number of gang-related incidents in the city of Delano, including a shooting that took the lives of two girls.
