South Africa's ambassador to the United Nations says this is a critical time for world leaders to find solutions, after the coronavirus pandemic decimated most economies. Jerry Matjila was speaking ahead of the UN General Assembly Session in New York. Expectations are high that leaders will also focus on strengthening health systems while supporting the development of a vaccine.
