A tech YouTuber showed off a neat reaction to fill balloons with hydrogen, then lit the balloons to set off a fiery explosion.
The hydogen was generated by a chemical reaction of sodium hydroxide, water and aluminium foil in a bottle, which produced hydrogen gas that floated up to fill a balloon fitted to the bottle top.
