Austin Dillon cleared to return after recovering from COVID-19

Austin Dillon has been cleared to return to NASCAR competition after missing the Daytona Road Course race after testing positive for COVID-19. Dillon had to record two negative tests at least 24 hours apart to comply with NASCAR's policy.
