IGP: Man arrested for allegedly insulting the King is mentally unwell

Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Abdul Hamid Bador revealed to the press on Monday that the man who was arrested for allegedly insulting the Yang di-Pertuan Agong was mentally unwell.
