Election Commission chairman Datuk Seri Mohd Hashim Abdullah announced on Thursday that the by-election for the Tanjong Datu state seat in Sarawak will be held on Feb 18. The by-election is held following the death of incumbent assemblyman and Sarawak Chief Minister Tan Sri Adenan Satem, who died of cardiac arrest on Jan 11.
