Transport Minister Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai said that the ministry's report suggested that the foreign helicopter pilots to undergo a familiarisation course before flying in Sarawak. He said this after submitting the Batang Lupar helicopter crash investigation report to the cabinet meeting on Wednesday.
