Over 1.9mil cases in India and Philippines imposes lockdown

The daily number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in India has exceeded 50,000 for 7 days in a row. The Philippines government has reimposed stricter two week lockdown measures, to try and slow the galloping spike in COVID-19 cases.
