Today we are grilling Skinless Moroccan chicken thighs and Lamb chops Marinaded in Moroccan herbs and spices
Ingredients:
Four skinless Chicken Thighs
10 lamb chops
1 large onion
4 large cloves of garlic
handful of fresh mint
2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp chili
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp coriander seed
1/8 cup olive oil
serve on bed of Couscous and sprinkle chopped parsley
